HI MY NAME IS TINO
I am a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer through YMCA Fit and a CIMSPA Practitioner (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). I train clients online, in their homes, outside spaces and offices across London. I have been a fitness fanatic myself for over 25 years.
My brand is “Constant Fitness” which is about sustainable, fun and effective fitness for the long term. This is not conveyer belt training, it is bespoke to you as a unique individual. It is a shared journey about setting targets, smashing them together, celebrating successes and pushing you to achieve your very best in a safe, fun and open environment.

I first started seeing Tino a few months ago, meeting twice a week for personal training in my own home. This enabled me to fit this in around my job and made the world of difference in me getting back to fitness after a long period away from regular exercise. My goals were to get more energy as well as improve my shape and I was able to see results after only a few sessions.
Tino was great at adapting exercises for my needs and ability, he found exercises that I enjoyed, and tailored them specifically. Tino is always positive and an Excellent motivator, always smiling and he’s never made me feel guilty for not practicing or a failure if I’m struggling with particular exercises.
He is very attentive and thoughtful as well as loads of fun to spend time with. Working out with Tino has turned exercise from feeling like a chore into something fun to look forward to.
